Letrozole and Pregnyl help!

Any previous experience would be appreciated! This if my first month using Letrozole + Pregnyl 5,000 unit trigger shot.

A little background— My husband and I have been trying for one year. I have had Femvue and HSG which are both normal. My husband’s SA was also normal. Labs have all been normal. Have previously done 4-5 cycles of Letrozole with progesterone levels drawn at 21 days which have reflected ovulation.

This is my first month with a local REI. He recommended timed intercourse with Letrozole 5 mg (CD 3-7) and Pregnyl. I went in for follicle scan at CD 8 which showed not completely mature follicles (16, 17, and 18). He told me to wait till CD 14 to trigger. We BD shortly after trigger, 36 hours after, and 60 hours after. Since then, I had some lower pelvic cramping off and on, but no EWCM. I typically get a large amount on day of ovulation, and I haven’t. Thoughts? Have you had a similar experience? Is it possible to trigger and not actually ovulate? My only reasoning could be not having the natural LH surge timed perfectly with the HCG trigger.
