7 weeks and started bleeding

So last November I suffered a miscarriage at 11 weeks and 3 days. It’s taken a year for us to get pregnant again. We are so happy and I’m supposed to have our first dr appointment tomorrow, but according to my app I’m supposed to be 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I’ve been cramping a lot today and I just went to the bathroom to find some blood. Has anyone ever had light bleeding in their pregnancy and it turned out ok? How many of you had light bleeding and turned into a miscarriage? Thank you, I appreciate any and all input!
