Tiny bit of blood?

So I miscarried over 8 weeks ago, had no period since and for the past week or so I have been getting cramps. Anyways 2 days ago I got a spot of blood, literally about the size of a pinhead, was sort of like mixed with discharge. I’ve had nothing since. Could this mean anything?

Not sure but I had the same. I bled for 2 straight weeks and then tiny blood and clot like two different days but not enough to even need a pad. I’m not considering it a period necessarily but just testing OPK and waiting for a real bleed. Maybe it was a period but there was nothing left to bleed 😂🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I don’t know anymore. But def had the same. And it was about 4 weeks after MC. My HCG at that time was 3.
