Husband wants another.

So, we've pretty much given up on the idea of having more kids, I had a MC last February, then a few months ago had my right fallopian tube rupture. And was told having anymore kids would be almost impossible, cause my right side was my "dominant" side, according to my OB. And last night were sitting together in the living room just put the kids to bed and my DH. Asked me what I thought of having another one. He said hes been thinking about it for a while. And he thinks it's worth a shot. But I told him it would be a rough road. So. Has anyone had any luck getting pregnant with only 1 functioning fallopian tube? I dont want to get my husbands or mine Hope's up...
