Question for women who kept their maiden name

I may be overthinking this, but I’m curious what others have done and am open to any advice!

This is our first holiday season as a married couple, so I’m still fielding questions about my last name. Nothing bad thankfully! It’s just that a lot of people still aren’t aware I kept my maiden name.

To clarify, I’m not offended one bit if people call me Mrs. Husbands Last Name. I’m sure when we have kids, I will consider us “The (Last Name) Family”. But before kids... how did you address things such as holiday cards or gifts as a couple? Did you use each of your full names? First names only? Or did you still sign cards “the husband’s last name”?

I don’t want to confuse people, but at the same time I don’t want to seem like I’m shoving my maiden name pride in people’s face 🤷🏼‍♀️ lol help!!
