Omg this cheese is SO F'ING GOOD! If you are a cheese eater, and I dont mean a pound of cheddar on your burger kinda lover, but someone who buys all kinds of cheeses and eats it with crackers and olives, or whatever then try this cheese!!!

Its so good! Very crumbly but all in one piece. It has a very aged sharp taste. Its so good I went to the store the next day and bought the 2nd kind. Haven't tried it yet but this one sounds amazing too!
