Anyone Else gone through this?

I posted a few weeks ago that I had gotten a positive test and had taken 5 more. All positive. Went to the Dr and they did a urine test and it was positive. They did blood work and it showed my hcg levels were good, everything was normal!! We are ecstatic. I am 41 and didn't think I was going to get pregnant again. I have had a miscarriage in the past before we had our baby boy. I went for our first ultrasound today. According to my period I should be 7 weeks and 5 days. The tech did a vaginal ultrasound and she said the sack was way too small for 7 weeks. It is measuring 5 weeks. She had them do blood work to make sure my numbers have gone up. I am of course thinking all the worst things possible. She asked if I was having any pain and any shoulder pain. She did not look very promising. I am a total wreck. I scared the crap out of my husband because I told him I am scared we are going to lose this baby. He was all smiles and Mr. Positivity until I said that. Has anyone else gone through this? I am so scared. Of course the blood work probably will not be back until next week. My boobs are killing me, sleepy, cravings, mood swings, dizziness, heartburn, and sometimes I feel nauseous. Any prayers and baby dust and happy info would be so appreciated. Thank you!!!
