A genuine q about potty training don’t mind pls...
So since everyone seems to be into potty training... could u explain this one thing to me please.. here in our country we wash... I understand in America one uses tissue paper to wipe... could u explain to me how u ‘potty train’. Bcoz I wash my LO after she has peed or pooped. So she sits on the pot and she does the job in it-What happens after that is what has me confused....Do u wipe them n pull up the underwear n pants? What do u expect them to do for them to be called potty trained ? R they supposed to be wiping themselves n pulling up their pants n going about playing? Is that when u call ur kid potty trained? Or is it when they tell u when they have to go n they don’t go in their pants that they are called potty trained? Bcoz here even though my LO goeS to the potty, pulls the pants n undies down, n sits on the pot n passes urine/stool, I have to then wash her n help her get dressed. I don’t think at 2 one can expect her to wash herself n then wash her hands n then get out. when can one expect the kid to wipe and also to wash themselves n then pull up their underwear n walk away... again is that when u call them fully potty trained? Also, When u are out of home n they have to go how does one clean them as one can’t wash then? Wipe n throw the wet wipes n pull up the undies?? Bcoz now if we go out I make her wear a diaper n hvnt taken her to any public restrooms. She comes back with a clean diaper n does it once back home even though she is wearing a diaper.. how should I clean her when we are out and I start taking her to a public restroom?? I’m a FTM as u may hv guessed lol... pls take time to answer all my (silly but genuine) questions!
