Postpartum vertigo??

Question

Anyone have it and can you explain to me what your feeling???
My doctor thinks I may have it on top of depression and anxiety. Just trynna find someone to relate to

Yes! I’m 7 weeks pp and just got diagnosed this week. I’ve not been feeling “spinning”, more of a rocking feeling and instability where the floor is moving underneath me. It comes and goes in severity but has been persistent for a week. 
My pcp sent me to vestibular rehabilitation this week - so far no improvement so I’m getting a neurology referral as well. 
So scary feeling unstable and caring for a newborn!  Hope that it passes quickly for you.

I had this too starting at about 2 months postpartum. I was diagnosed with PP anxiety and the dizziness went away around 5-6 months PP. I think mine was anxiety and hormone related, as well as sleep deprivation. Hang in there! I know how you’re feeling.
