Sign of labor or nothing to worry about?

For three days I've been having on and off cramping that radiates all throughout my lower adbomem and back but it's relived within a minute and only happens once or twice in a matter of 30 minutes. They happen more in the night easepcially rolling over in bed and last up to a min a min and a half and I only have one or two. Today I've had really bad dirreha and nothing I've ate has caused them. I will go to pass gas and I actually go potty on myself tmi I know. I either have the cramps or I'm naseus and can't get it to go away.
