What was your “tell” sign?

I think everyone has that one sign that made them just know they were pregnant. What’s yours? 
Mine is leg cramps.

Super sore boobs the first time, late period the second time, and my then boyfriend was commenting on the way I was standing (hands on hips with belly popped out) and third time I had instant baby brain so I knew.

Tim but mine was constipation for me it's a different type pregant then not pregant and I knew before I end took the test now I'm 20 weeks

Waking in the night to pee! I am such a good sleeper so if i have to get up a bunch at night to go then i know im pregnant

Heartburn.  It’s my first sign, well before a missed period, and I have never had it outside of pregnancy.
