Kissing my baby!!

Why do people think it's ok to just kiss someone else's baby? Went to my husband's friend Christmas party. I know one of the wives who is extremely sweet. I let her hold my daughter and before I knew it she kissed my daughter on her mouth. I lost my shit! Who does that?!

Granted she had had a few drinks (I found out later). Still no excuse.

Granted she really wants a baby and has been trying but not successful yet. But that is still no excuse!

I couldn't get me and my baby out of there fast enough.

When we visit family I make it a point to let them know to just hold her and not kiss her. It's flu season and she's too young to get flu shot.

I didn't think to make that disclaimer because never in a million years did I expect anyone who is not family to try to kiss another person's child.

What the hell is wrong with people?!
