Need help! Pregnancy back brace recommendation?
My lower back is killing me. I'm having twins and my stomach is HUGE. I can barely breathe as it is so I'm a little hesitant to wear a brace but my back hurts so bad today I can hardly walk. Pre pregnancy I was size 1XL. There seem like a ton of variations and choices on Amazon and I can't tell what would be best for me. Anyone have any brace reccomendations?
