Femara and positive opks! Why have I had 3 now???

This is my first round of Femara. My cycle is erratic...anywhere from 30-59 days so I have no idea what my ‘normal’ is. I have had a positive opk on cycle day 8, 16, and now cycle day 20. Which one do I believe? The darkest one? That was cd 8 and that’s so early...and I didn’t bd ☹️ Any advice or similar reactions?

Cd 8 is too early it was probably due to the genera which will cause a positive OPK. Opks only tell you that you could be ovulating, not that you will. This is why temping is important because it will confirm afterward if you have ovulated.

I just shared a related post. I had a positive, followed by several negatives, and then several positives over a two-day span. Not quite the same as your situation, but abnormal for me and it’s also my first cycle of Femara.
