24 days late ! And negative test!

I took a plan b October 2nd and got my period the 12 of October , I’m guessing the pill accelerated my menstrual. I took the pill again 27! I know it’s bad but I started bleeding that same day which I found it weird ! November came and no period! I took an estimate of 6 pregnancy test and all negative ! And good brands too! Clear blue first response ! Has anyone ever experienced this or missing their period a whole ass month! I’m also irregular but this has never happened to me ! I want to wait unti the 12 and if it doesn’t come I’m going for a checkup .
