What was your Amh at 40 and did you get pregnant naturally or with medical assistance and which?

I’m 40 and will be 41 in 20 days.  I am 12w5d today with a healthy baby boy.  We just got our NIPS results back and everything looks good.
My AMH was 0.241 and my FSH was 11.2
I was told I couldn’t get pregnant without fertility help.  Then I got pg the next week after my HSG.  Sadly, that ended in MC.  5 months later I got pg again naturally.
It took a year and 3 miscarriages later but we are finally pg!
We did it all naturally!!!  So, have faith because it just takes one good egg!!

I will be 41 in March and just had my FSH and AMH tested last month on day 3. Met Dr yesterday to go over results and I feel like it was so bad. FSH 27 and AMH .06. 😭 literally cried my eyes out. I also had a follicle count and there were only 6. Conceived this past January, had a MMC in March so after no luck conceiving after that decided to do fertility testing. ivf likely wouldn’t for me with my own eggs. So while we contemplate doing donor egg, I’m supplementing with coq10 to increase egg health of the ones left and maybe get lucky and conceive naturally.

0.56 at age 39. Had gotten pregnant naturally in the year prior, miscarried both times. Then did IVF, got pregnant with twins, lost them. DdI another round of IVF, got 5 embryos, had them PGS tested, 4 of those 5 came back normal.

I got pregnant naturally, no medications, supplements of any kind...at 40.  Delivered at 41.  Perfectly healthy.  Due to a considerable number of miscarriages leading up to that pregnancy, over the previous 6 years.  I did use progesterone as soon as I found out I was pregnant.
