Mom shamed

My son is alittle over 5 months old now, hes my first child. I understand the point of the mittens but he doesn't like them and pulls them off ( pulls off his socks and bibs). Anyway I was at a work function, several people came up to me questioning a scratch under his eye, saying I need to pay more attention to him and trim his nails. Well🙄 I do both of those things quite well; I trim them every week, I'm practically a stay at home mom. I get I'm only 22 and he's my first, but also I'm not perfect. But I sure as hell don't deserve the rudeness. He's obviously not too traumatized by his scratch. Sorry he's a baby🤷🏿‍♀️ I just don't don't understand other mothers who shame.
