My ex and I broke up not too long ago and now I’m starting to see another person. He and I really seem to click and we have a lot in common. Our political, moral, and religious beliefs all line up pretty well, but he said he wants to wait until marriage for sex. Really, I have no problem with this, and before hand, that was my plan too, until I started dating my ex. He low key pressured me into doing it and I’m not gonna lie, I learned to like it in a way. I really want this to work out and I don’t want to make him feel uncomfortable/pressure him into anything he doesn’t want to talk about/do. So basically what I’m asking is, how can I cope with keeping up a healthy relationship with someone who wants to wait until marriage for sex when that’s not what I’m used to?
