Pp hair loss & nails gone to crap
When does this get better?! Lol. At 4 months pp literally to the day I started noticing my hair coming out a LOT during & after showers. Almost 5 months pp now and it's still going strong 😑. My hair has never done this after my 2 daughters. Now my nails are not growing nice, they're breaking so easily..what the hell! Has anyone noticed any supplements or just..anything.. that have helped this?
