NY 2020 Infertility coverage mandate?

Question

Does anyone have any specifics about what this will and won't cover within an IVF cycle? In particular, I'm wondering if the mandate will include coverage forr ICSI and PGS/PGD testing?

This is what I was able to find so far. Deep inside I am jumping for joy since I live in NYC. But I don't want to get to excited just in case it is not as it seems. But good luck to all my NYC TTC ladies. See link below

We had my husbands HR call their insurance company rep. Since he is a teacher (at a school in LIC) - their insurance plan renews in June. They told us this covers all “new” plans post January 1st 2020 - so in June when the plan renews 3 IVF rounds will be covered. Unlikely to include PGS though I believe.
