Was weird dreams apart of anyone’s TWW?

I just dreamed that I was in a public restroom and my male best friend was there talking to me through the stall... anyway I wiped myself and I saw some spotting. (Apparently I was ttc I’m my dream too) so I took a picture of the spotting on one of my apps.. all of a sudden my phone literally looked like it was showing the egg traveling through my body and cells multiplying and the app saying “Congratulations you’re Pregnant with little fireworks 💥 lol.. I remember the word “Blastocyst” very clearly. So I looked it up and found this
