Anyone take abortion pills from Women On Web?

Long story short, I am studying abroad right now and I just found out I was pregnant today.. 
I have no medical insurance or coverage in the country I am in, but Women On Web can send abortion pills to where I am.
Are these 100% safe..? It says it is signed by a doctor. 
I will be too far along when I get home..

I’ve heard it’s very safe. When I had an abortion I was going to do it but I was able to get pills elsewhere. Just make sure you contact them immediately because the pills can take a few weeks to get to you and you cant take them after you’re ten weeks along.

The organization would remotely do online consultations, fill prescriptions, and ship pills that trigger miscarriages to women who live in countries where abortion is illegal.
