I have that. There is a group on glow but there aren't alot of people on it. Im 33 amd found out after 2 years of trying. One year we were trying by just not preventing it and the second year I was testing my ovulation and keeping track of everything. I finally went to a specialist. I did my own research but I dont feel my rei clinic did a good job educating me. They did one blood test and I had a higher than normal fsh. But they never tested my amh which i read alot of women with premature ovarian aging get tested for. Anyway after 1 miscarriage,  hormone treatment and 2 IUI's im pregnant!

I have POF. I was diagnosed at 25 and am now 29. I just got married so having a baby hasn't been a priority, but I have been told that my only option is donor egg. I am interested to know your supplements. I have been treated with a few infertility drugs and hormone therapy but have not tried supplements.

In all my research i cant say ive ever heard of this problem. Can u tell me more about it?
