Shopping cart

I was wondering when other Moms starting putting their little one in the shopping cart, actually sitting? My LO is just now 6 months, Sits up very well on her own although she will topple over sometimes still if she’s playing with something in front of her intensely. I have a cover that I believe has straps on it as well. I’m sure I’ll have to just try it and see how it goes. She absolutely loves looking around and I feel like I can get so much more done if I don’t have to pack around the carseat 😃 Just didn’t know if 6 months is still way too young ...
