Sick & low Supply!? HELP

Been sick all week and now
Have low milk supply. Anyone else experience this? Will it come back?! Had to supplement with my frozen stash to keep baby happy. 7 month old.

That happened to me too! Still getting over the cough.  Then hubby had to have surgery & is in the hospital.  I’m hoping it will come back.

Eat. Hydrate. Feed on demand. 
That’s the only way to get it back up!

Yeah I got the milk flow powder and some cookies from target. It got better after a week. Drinking and eating a lot more calories helped.
