Pregnancy in unknown location?

Was in ER yesterday till today they did blood tests and gave me an iv for pain medication, they did internal and external ultrasounds and said they cannot see the a sac in the Fallopian tubes or uterus, one oc the nurses yesterday misdiagnosed me with heart shaped uterus but I got another internal and external today and a different nurse showed me my uterus in colour and its normal, they said I have a cyst on my ovary which is normal but is what could be causing me pain, they also said there is a 3mm black dot in my uterus but aren’t sure if that’s the baby yet I’m 4 weeks 5 days and they said my hcg levels are normal I’m having another blood test Sunday and another ultrasound on Monday, do you think my baby is ectopic or in my uterus?
