Wanting to have another baby.

I want another baby so my 14 month can have a playmate n I dnt spend me life running after children because I want my a career. I'm in my second yr of uni and am really confused I want to take my coil out in march next yr and start TTC from then, wanted to know if anyone handled uni and 2 kids before? Thanks
