I don’t know what’s happening..

TMI So for the past few months every time my boyfriend and I have sex right labia gets super swollen. Like only the right side. All summer we had a lot more sex and it never happened. We’ve done it rough throughout but maybe a bit rougher recently ? I’ve also noticed a small vein on my clit which I’ve only seen now because I don’t check in down there every day and on the right side of it a tiny bulge as if it could be a bigger vein but it’s not discoloured it’s just a small lump but can’t feel anything under.

Im hoping someone could please assure me these are normal. 😬 nothing burns, stings, no weird discharge, or smell.
