3rd Failed IUI

Well I AF showed up just now before my TWW was over but that’s has been my luck from the start. AF shows up either on time or 1-2 days prior before TWW is up. I am feeling so disappointed and my RE only does 3 IUI cycles. I can’t afford IVF for my eggs or donor. $15,000 for IVF (self) and $25,000 for Donor. I’ve gained so much weight, acne is so bad, etc from all the medical injections. I am dreading calling the doctor’s office because I know they are going to push those expensive options.
