TMI!!!

So for the past week I’ve having trouble keeping any time of dairy product down. Started off with a simple bowl of cereal using 1% milk that I’ve been using almost all my life but upset my stomach so bad that day.

Then I had a Starbucks coffee with whip cream, the next day i had diarrhea it was horrible. The day after that i had some Mac n cheese and it made my situation even worse. Today i had zuppa tuscana which calls for the use of heavy whipping cream and my stomach is already acting up.

Am i being paranoid or are these signs of me becoming lactose intolerant?😭 Can someone please let me know lol
