Saw a post about a man who did this and decided to share my experience.

I remember first day of high school (Australia starts high school in year 7 so 13 years) A new place where I didn’t know anyone. And we had some large age mixes.

Some year 10 came up to me and decided it was ok to grab my ass. Whispering ‘sup sweet cheeks’.

I remember the other year 7 boys all going ‘ooohhh’ as if wondering what I was going to do. Now I think that they may have been impressed with what this person had done.

I’ve always had a fiery temper and since it was from behind I had no idea who it was and how old they were, I acted on instincts and whipped right around and punched him straight in the stomach. (I’ve been doing karate since I was 5) He got mad and pushed me up against the lockers (one hand straight on my chest) and another around my thigh saying “you’re gonna regret that little girl”.

I yelled out “don’t fucking touch me!” And kneed him straight in the balls. He let go of me in pain so I used that opportunity to punch him right in the mouth dropping him to the ground. And run away. His friends tried to run after me but I’ve always been fast so they couldn’t catch me.

To this day. They have never bothered me again.

This school has around 1600+ students ranging from 13-18 years old so a lot of things (including drugs and sex and alcohol, even with the year 7’s) go on without notice as we only have so many teachers.

Moral: Don’t take shit from biased men who think women are just objects they can touch without expecting some kind of reaction. The guy looking genuinely offended when I reacted as if i was in the wrong and not him. I hate how some people think they can just do things like that and we can’t let them get away with that.

Ok, that’s my rant.
