Once you stop birth control pills, how quickly do the side effects go away?

I recently started taking birth control pills and I hate the side effects. And I am wondering how quickly they will go away after I quit taking the pills, if I decide to do so?

Anywhere from a couple weeks to a year. Everyone's body is different. If you just started taking them, it shouldn't take long. I cannot reccomended the book,  "Beyond the Pill" by Jolene Brighten, enough! Check it and her out! You can also just search her name where ever you listen to podcasts and you'll get a ton of info!

For me, the side effects went away in a week or two. After I finished my period and ovulated.
