Have really thick mucus in their throat making It hard to breathe and swallow? Have y’all found anything that gets rid of it? I’m literally choking on it 😝

I'm constantly coughing it up and blowing my nose. It sounds like I'm sick, but I'm not. I haven't found a solution yet, but you're not alone!

Try gargling salt water to help break it up and drink lots of fluids. I keep a warm mist humidifier on high in our bedroom at night, not allowing your mouth/nose to dry out at night helps a bit.

Yesss omg. It’s the worst. Nothing is working for me. Ive tried hot tea, gargling salt water and Mucinex. 😭😭😭

I did for a while! I always get it bad with my allergies too! Honestly nothing really prevents it. I just drink hot water, swish it around, and spit it out when I get up in the mornings. If it’s really bad I also use a washcloth with hot water to wipe out my mouth then brush my teeth
