Husband babys stepson

So I've been in SS life for about 4 years been he was younger he was easy listened timeouts etc. He has a 1 year old sister ay his moms hpuse and a 3 month old sister at mine. Hee lovesss his other sister and adores her which is fine hes with her everyday but with my babygirl its a different story But the past year he's been a brat my sil lives with his mom and had told me how he talks back hits his mom and doesn't listen and when hes here he knit picks at me makes fun of me like calling me fat and calls the baby that too. He makes loud noise while we try putting baby to bed says its gross when baby spits up like um your otger one did the samee thing kid. He rolls his eyes a bunch of attitude to put his plate in the sink or make his bed just to do any little thing my husband doesnt correct none of this so when i do i seem like the bitch i was raised different but if he tells his parents to jump they do it he has everything he asks for its insane. I tell my Husband and he gets pissed at me. He baby talks to him cuddles him kisses him for hours while im in the room with the baby instead of all of us being together i know im right but its like wth and we argued bc husbnd never helps during night due to him working 70 hours a week and im a sahm. and yesterday he wakes up at 3am to go lay with him like WTF while up with the baby i mean cmon!!!
