What all do they do at the first appointment?

I know they can all vary but I'm trying to get an idea of what to prepare myself for and then how long it may take... my first appointment is scheduled for january 2nd when I will be 10 weeks...

They will ask extensive questions on medical/family history. The bloodwork, was SO MUCH MORE than I expected. I think almost 20 vials. I was not prepared for that and hadn’t eaten and it made me so light headed. Ultrasound. Pap smear

Ultrasound, bloodwork, pee in a cup, Pap smear/well woman visit if you haven’t had it yet this year. They talk to you about genetic testing and what you should/shouldn’t eat, medicines, do, etc.  My appt took 2 hours but I’ve seen women on here say theirs didn’t take that long so it just depends.
