Lmk if this has happened to you

So I went to the doctors to get checked for something else and came out of there with a positive blood pregnancy test and an ultrasound were it confirmed my pregnancy and how far along I am. Nothing much showed on it because I am very early. According to the ultrasound I was 4 weeks and 5 days. Now I am 6 weeks. Only symptoms I have are being tired then usual, hungrier then before and bloated.

But I take home urine test and they come out negative. Has this happened to you? My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for the past 3 years and unexpectedly it happened. Let me know you're experiences girls 🤷🏽‍♀️🤰🏽💕
