My fridge smells?

How can I make my fridge not smell I feel like when I take everything out and clean it with normal cleaner it doesn’t help much I have even put the drawers in the dish washer,quiet a few months ago (like 8) I had some friends over and they brought this dumb ass that got a drunk she puked in one of the drawers and left it there without telling me she did 😷I cleaned it a couple days after,I also think the fridge in my apartment has been used by multiple other family’s who have lived here.I have checked multiple times and there is no rotting food,is there any products that will help with this?

is the refrigerator working correctly? sometimes if there's poor air circulation or something it can cause an odour. 
leave a dish of baking soda (24+ hours), then if it's not enough, a plate of fresh ground coffee (24+ hours), then cut up lemons or put lemon juice in a container to sit for 3-4 hours.

Always buy a box of baking soda to open and place in the door of fridge or somewhere secure. Remove every single thing and use bleach spray and pinesol or fabuloso. But always have the baking soda in there.  A small box is less than a dollar.

I would clean it with bleach, and maybe keep a box of baking soda in there to help absorb the smells between cleanings.

To get rid of smells quick, I moisten a sponge and dump a pile of baking soda on it, and set it in a dish in the fridge. Takes about a day but it works every time.

Disinfect with part white vinegar, part warm tap water, 1 lemon and 1/2 C of baking soda. There are also boxes of ‘fridge-n-freezer’ baking soda that can be stored inside the fridge and these too expire.
