How do you ladies afford breast reductions?

In about a year I plan to try to get a consultation for a breast reduction. My breasts have always been large but since having children they are now huge and pendulous (disgusting I know). I really need a reduction and a lift. It’s actually very uncomfortable for me to go braless because of this (in the privacy of my own home).

I am going to see if insurance will cover it but if they won’t, what did you ladies do to pay for the reduction? Did the doctor allow you to make payments? I really don’t want to borrow from my 401k but these breasts are so miserable.
