Anyone else

So I’m 26+2 The last 6 weeks basically I have blood noses every morning, the last week I’ve felt very off, I constantly feel my heart beating outside my chest, I have chromic high back pain which causes excruciating chest pain to the point I’m on all fours in tears, and having light but enough low abdominal pain with left arm and leg constantly going dumb dead and tingly with loads of dizzy spells ? my little babe is moving up a storm so I know he’s okay but I physically am unsure about myself
