How have you been treating baby acne? I have been putting breast milk on it but I am not too sure how much it’s helped.. any suggestions? 1 month tomorrow!

Do you wipe it with a clean wet cloth first? 
I will usually wipe my sons face, squirt some breastmilk in my hand and wipe it on his face so not much at all but he only gets really fine bumps. It goes away within hours

My son has it pretty bad . He is 6 weeks old . We took him to pediatrician who said it will go away on its own but if it seems to be bothering we can use hydrocortisone cream .

Wiped it once in the morning with wet warm wash cloth and every time I breastfeed I put some on it. My baby only had very very little baby acne on his nose and eyelids and only lasted a couple of weeks
