First of all this is my first post in this group.

I am wanting to last longer during sex with my girlfriend.Its not a small amount of time it's a okay amount of time but I just want to last longer during sex.I am just wondering if there are any advice or anything to sort of use before sex to help me last longer.

Me an my girlfriend are more than likely going to try for a baby next year but she has PCOS and I do not know how strong my sperm is but I am just wondering if there are anything that men can take to get a greater chance of getting my girlfriend pregnant when the time comes.

Any advice would be great and cheers guys.
