6 weeks spotting

I am so anxious. I have been spotting since Sunday. It started out brown but now is red. I'm 6 weeks today and had an ultrasound on Tuesday. The heartbeat was strong and everything was normal. I cannot stop feeling like I am having a miscarriage. Just upset about it and needed to get it out. Thank you for listening.
