Wondering if anyone has any advice on I'd being in labor and pushing will worsen Diastasis Recti? Dr thinks I may have an umbilical hernia and I definitely have my abs separated. I'm 35 weeks and am now binding my stomach for support but I just started thinking what about labor? Wouldn't pushing down contract my stomach and possibly make the hernia worse or separate my muscles further? Wondering if anyone has advice on this...TIA!
