I just ate the same thing honestly, and I have a pretty bad diet admittedly. Once we started IVF I didn’t really care what I was eating because I was so focused on everything else. I tried to eat a little healthier leading up to it, but as long as your doctor hasn’t said you need to lose weight you should be fine to continue eating how you do.

I did Whole30 - I’ve done it before and I wouldn’t recommend doing whole30 your first time right before your transfer but I wanted to clean everything out, reduce inflammation, and just overall mentally feel better. 
Do what makes you least stressed and happy! The whole IVF process is draining and stressful don’t add what you eat into the mix too!

I am trying to cut out alcohol, caffeine  & processed foods since starting birth control. Not sure if it matters but it can’t hurt.

My acupuncturist gave me some guidance. Cut back on red meat. Switched from coffee to tea. Cut back on processed foods. He suggested no carbs for dinner. I break and bend the rules sometimes.
