Acid reflex causing you to throw up- normal?

I am 25 weeks and get extreme acid reflex. Today it got so bad while I was lying down that it actually caused me to throw up. Should I be worried? Has anyone else experienced this?

That's when mine started. First my dr had me try Zantac but that didn't help. I'm now trying Prilosec. You have to just take that every day. It does help a little. My dr also told me to eat very small meals/snacks throughout the day. It's normal. This is my second pregnancy and I had it with my first too, just not quite as bad as I do this time. I would mention it to your dr though, it usually helps put our minds at ease. 😊

I drink milk before bed and it helps a lot. But yeah I've thrown up a couple times these past few weeks. Also try to not eat at least 2 hours before bed.

Mine got really really bad in the second trimester. My doc put me on a pill that I take once a day and it's helped sooo much

You want to throw it up and not aspirate. Talk to your doc about it. Mine is severe. I have GERD. I'm on meds for it...

Oh yea totally normal. I have acid reflux even not being pregnant. Sadly lol. Milk helps me a lot!

Happened to me too, soon after morning sickness ended. I take Zantac 1x/day and Tums as needed. The Zantac only lasts about 23 hrs with me though, lol

My doc have me on ah liquid called Dica and it works for me...
