Chlamydia

I think I may have had this a long time ago. I was always tested but never told. I'm now married and my tubes r blocked I have heard it may have been from somethin like this and what if I did have chlamydia years and years ago?? I also heard of laproscopic surgery that can remove the scar tissue but can also make it worse. Has anyone experienced this or known anyone? If so were they able to conceive later?
