Has anyone here have a laparoscopy for endometriosis and to remove an endometrioma cyst and fallen pregnant soon after?? I’ve only been TTC for 6 months now but sex is a bit painful and they found an endometrioma cyst on my rt ovary so it’s endometriosis. I’m just scared and worried. They did a sonohystogram and he said my tubes are open so I’m not sure why I haven’t fallen pregnant yet. Has anyone else had the same issue?
