Endometriosis?

Hi girls, I have a question.. we had a miscarriage 4th of July 2018, trying to conceive since. But it's not working out for us😔 I've been on clomid for 3 months, day 2-7 50 mg. Inbetween my husband did his tests, came back all clear, my other test were good. Had a scan 5 weeks ago, she told me I had a fibriod, 8 cm and I have to have it removed before trying to conceive. Also no signs of endometriosis. Now's the issue, I had an appointment with a consultant yesterday and she told me the fibroid is only 1.2 cm and I have localized endometriosis!? I swear this is so different then what they told me at the scan.. I'm feeling so down ladies.. I'm second guessing myself (I'm I so desperate to get pregnant that I imagined myself that she told me about the 8cm fibroid? Easy fix?) Or did they have the wrong information.. I'm so disappointed.. I don't know what to do.. I'm in a lot of pain before and during my periods, very irregular period for the last 6 months, pains in de leg, lower back, headaches, tired, heavy bleeding. Longer periods, short periods, sometimes another period after 2 weeks.. anyone had a similar problem like me..?
