pregnancy scare /rant

hey guyssss. soo i’ve been on bc pill for the past three years and i always miss my pills and i never had any issues regarding my period except for sometimes completely skipping it or being a few days late. i am sexually active, but since i know it’s normal for me to be irregular, i never really stress when i miss it or if i’m a few days late. howeverrrr since september, i get my period every two weeks and i have TERRIBLE cramps and it lasts 6-7 days and it’s very heavy every day, when normally it’s only 3-4 days and light after the second day. i’ve also had extremely bad acne since september.. i took a test in october and it was negative but the reason i’m posting this is because

i got my mom to email my gynecologist about this issue and my gynecologist responded saying i need to take a pregnancy test as soon as possible if i’m sexually active, and come in so they can check my thyroid . ( my mom has thyroid and insulin issues). this scares me because when i take a test and it’s positive there is no way my baby is okay since i’ve had these “periods “ with all that heavy bleeding for a few months yalll i am so worried . i went to dollar tree to try to get a test after work but they had none . i can’t go anywhere else bc i don’t have a car. btw y’all i’m 16 and the guy who would be the dad is my bf we’ve been together for 4 months. if i am pregnant is there any chance for me to have a healthy pregnancy or is this bleeding normal.???? i’m so scared that if i’m not pregnant i have endemetrsosis or something i’m just so scared.
