HELP PLEASE. ADVISE NEEDED!

So I found out I was pregnant nearly 2 weeks ago. I found out very early and was due AF 5 days ago. On that day I took a clear digital that said I was 1-2 weeks pregnant. On sunday i started with bad pain on the right hand side of my tummy which had persisted all week. Yesterday I was admitted to hospital and had my HCG levels taken which are only at 6(I'm roughly 4+5 from last period). I have to go tomorrow for more bloods so I just thought I would take another test which I have and its come back negative??? Should I ring the hospital back or should I just wait until I go tomorrow?? Please help I'm so scared!
